Our Story
Established in 1998, NMC consulting group provides various professional IT solutions including design, supply, implementation, support and maintenance services to businesses in the Melbourne and surrounding area. We work with small business up to government and corporate, and can tailor solutions to meet all levels of budgets.
What do we do?
NMC specialises in IT infrastructure (desktops, laptops, servers, switches, firewalls, routers, wireless AP's etc) , network design and implementation, security audits, IT project management, IT maintenance and upgrades, business IT relocations, virtualisation, security camera/video systems as well as day to day BAU technical support.
We provide specialised services such as wireless network solutions, including links between sites (microwave and IP), and more complex networking such as VLANs, layer 3 switching and firewall configurations and certificate authentication.
We also offer IT related services such as IP security camera installations - from small retail businesses, to apartment buildings, up to large warehouse installations.

We work with on premise systems and cloud systems (Office 365, Exchange online etc)

We do offer emergency/on call services by arrangement.
Where do we work?
NMC primarily services the Melbourne region with other locations available by arrangement. We often travel interstate to service our larger clients.
Certifications / partnerships
NMC has been in the IT industry since 1998, and have had plenty of experience with Microsoft server, Exchange server, Vmware vSphere (since ESX 3.5!) and networking/firewalls.
We have the following certifications - MCSE, CNE, VMWare VCP 6.x, Blackberry, Compaq ASE, Milestone Certified, Cisco Premier, AOCP, Mikrotik MTCNA, MTCWE, MTCRE, MTCINE.

NMC is fully licensed for high risk work and working at heights.

Our preferred hardware suppliers are HP and Cisco, but we can supply all brands to suit your preferences.
